Ribbon-badge promoting Richard P. Bland for president (Democratic hopeful), 1896. 3 x 8 3/4".  There are several areas of fabric separation along the left and right edges of the blue ribbon, and a few of the brocade tassels at the bottom are missing.  Quite rare, and still displays well. Original cardboard Whitehead & Hoag Co. tag on the back.
