Card inserted into a plastic clip welcoming guests and delegates to the 1968 Democratic National Convention in Chicago, which nominated Hubert Humphrey for president and Edmund Muskie for vice president.  1 5/8 x 2", in excellent condition.  Rare and unusual, these were clipped onto the telephones in the hotel rooms of delegates attending the Chicago 1968 DNC.
