Ribbon with original brass safety pin worn by a New York DELEGATE at the 1888 Republican National Convention in Chicago, which nominated Benjamin Harrison for president and Levi Morton for vice president. 2 3/8 x 8 1/2". Light discoloration and minor aging. Quite rare, as are all pre-1892 National Convention ribbons.
