Figural brass top hat pin with an image of Baby McKee, 1892. 5/8 x 3/4", in excellent condition. When First Lady Caroline Harrison died in the fall of 1892, Benjamin Harrison's daughter Mary Scott McKee filled the role of First Lady for the last few months of Harrison's term. She had given birth to Benjamin Harrison McKee, nicknamed "Baby McKee", who became a media sensation, much like Cleveland's "Baby Ruth".
