Cardboard fan/noisemaker with wooden handles and brass straps promoting William Jennings Bryan for president, 1896. 7 x 10 1/2". Reverse features an image of the Capitol Dome. This originally had a component used to make noise - that component is missing. Still, an unusual display piece.
