Ribbon promoting James E. Campbell for governor (Ohio), 1895 - AND for President (Democratic hopeful), 1896.  2 1/4 x 6", in excellent condition.  Campbell served as governor of Ohio from 1890-1892, lost his campaign for governor to William McKinley in 1891, then lost again in the gubernatorial election of 1895.  Needless to say, Campbell's  1896 presidential aspirations fizzled.  Quite rare and obscure.
