Pennypacker for governor (Pennsylvania), 1902.  Celluloid portraits attached to a 1 3/4" white metal pendant.  2 x 5 1/4" overall.  There is some deterioration at the bottom of the ribbon where it meets the brass loop, otherwise excellent condition.
