THEODORE ROOSEVELT / "STAND PAT"

Stringed "flipper" promoting Theodore Roosevelt for president, 1904. 1 1/4" cardboard disk enclosed in tin. There's a divot on the portrait side to the left of TR's forehead and a scuff on the reverse along the edge at 7:00. Very unusual.
