Ribbon-badge promoting William Howard Taft for president, 1908. 1 1/4" cello with the "U.S. Capitol" enclosed in a brass bezel and attached to a rosette with a 1 3/4" TAFT cello suspended below. 3 1/4 x 7 1/2". Minor fraying where the 1 3/4" cello is suspended. Otherwise quite ornate and in excellent condition.
