USWV badge with McKinley & Wilson 1917 "READY AGAIN IF NEEDED"

Badge from the U.S.V.W. National Encampment in Cleveland, 1917. 2 x 3 1/2". Under the portrait of McKinley is "WE WERE READY IN '98" (Spanish-American War) and under the portrait of Wilson is "READY AGAIN IF NEEDED" (in anticipation of America's entry into World War I). Unusual and in excellent condition.
