Cover (envelope) promoting Ulysses S. Grant for president, 1868.  3 1/8 x 5 1/8".  Postally used.  Some scattered tears around the edges.  A slight variation on Grant's 1868 campaign slogan "I will fight it out on this line if it takes all summer".
