"YOU ARE HEREBY EXTENDED THE COURTESIES OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO" with a facsimile signature of Mayor Edward J. Kelly, and the Seal of the City of Chicago at top. 2 1/4 x 3 3/4", in excellent condition.
