Consignment Policy

USAmericana is always accepting consignments for future auctions. Our goal is to conduct two major 1200+ lot auctions per year, but this may vary based on sufficient availability of better material to justify a quality auction.

As a rule of thumb, tokens, medals, pinbacks and smaller items (typically 2 1/4" or smaller) should have a reasonable market value of $100+, and larger items such as postcards, posters, textiles, ribbons, 3D items, etc., should have a reasonable market value of $200+.

All consignors will receive a printed report of their consignments prior to the mailing of the auction catalog, and can expect a full accounting of the final results within seven business days after the close of the auction. All consignors will be paid in full 45 days after the close of the auction.

Once we take possession of your collection, it will be fully insured against loss, theft, or damage.
