Medal promoting William McKinley for president, from the 1900 Republican National Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which nominated William McKinley for president and Theodore Roosevelt for vice president. Large 43 mm. (nearly 1 1/2") diameter and beautifully struck in an attractive chocolate brown color. Obverse shows conjoined busts of McKinley, Grant, and Lincoln. Reverse has names and dates of Republican presidential candidates from Fremont 1856 through McKinley 1896. Looped for suspension.
