Sugar bowl promoting William Henry Harrison for president, 1840. About 5 x 6 x 7". In generally excellent condition, although we do note there appears to be a minor repair where the finial handle meets the lid. Shows 4 repeating medallion-style portraits of Harrison. Each side depicts two trappers approaching Harrison's log cabin, which has a large American flag. A barrel of HARD CIDER welcomes weary travelers and likely Harrison voters. Terrific, early display piece.
