Mechanical enamel on brass flag pin honoring President William McKinley and Spanish-American War General Fitzhugh Lee, circa 1898. 1 1/4 x 1 3/8" when open. The tiny spring is gone so this doesn't operate like it should. Still, a very rare variety (the first we've seen) in otherwise excellent condition.
