Terrific ribbon badge celebrating the Inauguration of President Theodore Roosevelt and Vice President Charles Fairbanks, 1905. 1 3/4" jugate celluloid disk enclosed in a brass bezel is suspended from a celluloid/brass PENNSYLVANIA badge by a patriotic ribbon. Several light spots to the left of TR's tie detract minimally.
