Collapsible paper candle lantern promoting James Garfield for president and Chester A Arthur for vice-president, 1880. These fragile paper lanterns nearly always have some tearing in the thin tissue paper body, and this one is no exception, with scattered small tears, so take a good look at the photo. The red lettering has faded to pink, but this is complete with tin candle holder, and wire hanging mount at top. Measures 7" in diameter and approximately 12" high when opened. Learn More
