$65.00Certificate from the State of Pennsylvania certifying that "Jacob Pontz" of "Lancaster" is a Delegate from the 10th Congressional District, elected to attend the 1900 Democratic National Convention in Kansas City, Missouri, which nominated William Jennings Bryan for president and Adlai Stevenson for vice president. 13 1/2 x 17 1/2", mounted many years ago on cardboard. Quite attractive with a portrait of Bryan below, and surrounded by a floral perimeter of metallic silver ink.
