Pinback button promoting William Howard Taft for president, 1908. 1" cello. There are four faint stains along the extreme edge from 2:00-4:00, and a minor cello separation on the back which does not show from the front. This retains its bright colors. A true classic and among our favorite political buttons, reflecting the friendship between President Roosevelt and candidate Taft - a friendship that would end as the 1912 election approached.
