VICTORY ROOSEVELT 1904 FAIRBANKS

Celluloid napkin ring (?) promoting Theodore Roosevelt for president and Charles Fairbanks for vice president, 1904. About 1 5/8 x 2 1/4" as shown. The front side is in excellent condition, the back side has some light discoloration. Very unusual.
