VOTE for DEWEY and BRICKER...

Sheet of 50 stamps (5 different varieties) promoting Thomas Dewey for president and John Bricker for vice president, 1944. 8 1/4 x 11", in excellent condition. First time I've seen these stamps - note the THREE STRIKES and OUT! variety showing FDR dressed in a baseball uniform with a cigarette in his mouth swinging and missing at a third strike. Distributed by the WOMAN'S DIVISION of the FRIENDS OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY in Louisville, Kentucky.
