World War II Victory clock

"Ship's wheel" clock made by the HOWARD CLOCK CORPORATION, CHICAGO, housed in a large wooden V for victory with a gold painted eagle at top. The clock doesn't work (which is typical), and there's some wear on the "V" decal. Terrific World War II patriotic display piece.
